National Eucharistic Pilgrimage Overnight Adoration - Kennebunk

Tuesday, June 23 at 8:00 PM to Wednesday, June 24 at 6:00 AM

As part of the National Eucharistic Pilgrimage, you are invited to spend some quiet time with our Eucharistic Lord at St. Anthony Franciscan Monastery, 28 Beach Avenue in Kennebunk.

Overnight adoration will begin with a brief witness talk given by one of the perpetual pilgrims and then continue in silence until the next morning.

Overnight adoration will follow adoration, Mass, and a dinner social at St. Martha Church in Kennebunk. You can find details on that and other ways to participate in the pilgrimage here.

If you wish to attend an event, please register here. There is no cost to attend the pilgrimage events.

The monastery is a jubilee site for Special Year of St. Francis to commemorate the 800th anniversary of the saint's death. During this time of grace, the faithful are granted the opportunity to obtain a plenary indulgence by making a pilgrimage to a jubilee site. The faithful can obtain this grace under the usual conditions - sacramental confession, Communion, and prayer for the intentions of the pope. The opportunity for confession will be available after adoration begins.
