Festival of Trees - Portland

Our Lady of Hope Parish in Portland will hold its Festival of Trees on December 5 and 6 in the hall of St. Pius X Church, 492 Ocean Avenue in Portland.

On December 5, the festival kicks off with a pork or chicken pie dinner in the evening, Christmas carols sung by St. Brigid School students, and other activities. The cost of the meal is $20.

Also enjoy the beautifully decorated trees and take a chance at winning one. Tree raffle tickets are $1 each. 50/50 raffle tickets are also available for $1.

On Saturday, December 6, the festival begins at 8 a.m. with story time with Santa at 8 a.m., followed by a pancake breakfast (donations appreciated). There will also be crafts, toys, jewelry, knitted treasures, baked goods, Christmas decor, and much more, along with the Christmas tree raffle.

Lunch will be available from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Enjoy hot dogs, pizza, meatball subs, chips, and soda.
