Bishop Ruggieri's Schedule

All are invited to a Celebration of the Conferral of Papal Honors for Monsignor Jean-Paul Labrie and Monsignor Frank J. Murray on Friday, August 29 at St. John’s Catholic Church, 217 York Street in Bangor. Mass will be celebrated at 5:30 p.m. and a reception will follow.

In his homily on June 1, Pope Leo XIV said “...families become privileged places in which to encounter 
Jesus, who loves us and desires our good, always.” 

Bishop Ruggieri will preside as Fr. Simon Assogba, SMA is installed as pastor of Lady of the Valley Parish in St. Agatha and Notre Dame du Mont Carmel Parish in Madawaska.

Bishop Ruggieri will preside as Fr. Anthony Korir, SMA, is installed as pastor of St. Peter Chanel Parish in Van Buren.

Bishop Ruggieri will preside as Fr. Sahaya Remgius, SAC, Fr. Thomas Andrews John Xavier, SAC and Anthony Korir, SMA are installed as pastors in-solidum for the Parish of the Precious Blood in Caribou.

Bishop Ruggieri will preside as Fr. Edward Clifford is installed as pastor of Holy Spirit Parish in Wells.

On September 20th, St. Matthew Church in Limerick will be hosting a SEEK Local retreat at St. Matthew Church with keynote speaker Bishop James Ruggieri.

Bishop Ruggieri will celebrate Mass for the 175th anniversary of St. Gabriel Church in Winterport.

Bishop James Ruggieri will celebrate the Red Mass on Tuesday, October 21, at 4 p.m. in the chapel of the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, 307 Congress Street in Portland. A reception will follow.
